To keep the service reliable and improve your experience, we may collect:

• Performance and access telemetry

1.3 Payment-related information

When you purchase a membership or subscription, payment is processed by third-party payment providers.

• Order reference and business order number
• Payment and subscription status
• Payment channel (PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and others)
• Plan and billing cycle information

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. We do not store full bank card numbers, payment passwords, or complete payment account credentials on our systems.

1.4 User content and project data

When you use the online editor to create mockup animations, you may create, upload, or import:

• UI screenshots, images, and short clips used as screen media
• Timeline animation and scene configuration
• Project files and export settings (resolution, frame rate, format, and similar)
• Device 3D models and official template-related data

This information is used to provide editing, preview, and export features (MP4 / WebM / PNG).

1.5 Feedback information

When you submit feedback through our contact page, we may collect:

• Feedback title and detailed description
• Optional image attachments (up to 5 files)
• Information linked to your account (sign-in is required to submit feedback)
• Submission time and rate-limiting records

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide core editing and export features
• Manage accounts and subscriptions
• Process payment orders
• Improve the product experience
• Maintain service stability and security
• Handle feedback and support requests
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity

Core Animock editing, preview, and export features are processed in your browser on your local device using technologies such as WebGL, including but not limited to:

• 3D mockup scene preview and animation playback
• Timeline editing and screen media replacement
• Video rendering and export (MP4 / WebM / PNG)
• Reading and writing project drafts in browser local storage

Unless you actively upload assets, attach files to feedback, or we must process data to provide accounts, subscriptions, payments, or other necessary features, we do not proactively upload your local editor projects or exported outputs to our servers.

Unless you give us clear consent, we do not use content you upload, create, or export to train AI models.

You retain the applicable rights and responsibilities for content you upload or create.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.

We may share limited information when necessary to:

• Complete payment flows you initiate
• Provide authentication services
• Provide cloud infrastructure and security services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the legitimate interests of the platform and our users

We may rely on third-party services to operate Animock, including but not limited to:

• PayPal (international payments and subscriptions)
• WeChat Pay and Alipay (payments in supported regions)
• Google, GitHub, and WeChat (third-party sign-in)
• Microsoft Clarity (website analytics and experience improvement)

Those providers may process necessary data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their notices as well.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in and maintain session tokens
• Remember language and interface preferences
• Store editor drafts and local settings
• Understand product usage through tools such as Microsoft Clarity and improve the experience

You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to sign in again, and unsynced local project drafts may no longer be recoverable.

Your data may be stored in Singapore or other regions where infrastructure providers operate, to support global performance and reliability.

By using the service, you consent to this processing and transfer where applicable.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including but not limited to:

• HTTPS encryption in transit
• Access controls
• Security monitoring
• Permission isolation

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure on the internet.

Where applicable law allows, you may have the right to:

• Delete your account and related data
• Withdraw consent
• Restrict certain processing

Animock is not directed to children under 13.
