Terms of Service

You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, or use this service with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian.

You agree that you will:

• Provide information that is true, accurate, and valid
• Use this service in a lawful manner
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you notice unusual sign-in activity, unauthorized access, information leaks, or other security risks, email animock@toolivaai.com or notify us through the contact page as soon as possible.

We may take reasonable protective measures for your account when necessary.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the features and services that Animock provides, for lawful purposes.

Unless we expressly authorize you in writing, you must not:

• Copy the platform itself
• Resell the platform service
• Redistribute platform code or resources
• Commercialize platform content unlawfully

You are responsible for the intellectual property and lawful use of content you upload, create, edit, or export through Animock. Under paid membership plans, you may use exported videos for lawful commercial purposes such as websites, app stores, and social media, provided you comply with these terms, applicable law, and third-party rights.

You must ensure that you have lawful rights to use any materials you use, including but not limited to:

• Images
• Videos
• Audio
• Fonts
• Logos
• Model assets
• Third-party materials

Without authorization, you must not upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes others’ intellectual property rights.

If disputes arise from user content regarding copyright, trademarks, or other legal claims, the user bears the responsibility.

You must not use this service to do any of the following:

• Engage in unlawful or infringing activity
• Circumvent, reverse engineer, or bypass platform restrictions
• Attack or disrupt system stability maliciously
• Automate abuse of platform resources
• Scrape platform content without authorization
• Spread malware or spam
• Use the platform for fraud, harassment, or other illegal activity

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for violations.

Animock offers a free tier and paid membership plans. The free tier includes core editing capabilities, but exports may include a watermark, and some resolution, frame-rate, or feature limits apply as shown on the pricing page.

Paid plans may include trial monthly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Prices, benefits, and export limits (such as up to 2K / 4K or watermark-free export) are shown on animock.cn/pricing at the time of purchase.

Subscription plans may auto-renew. Before the current billing period ends, we or our payment providers may charge your selected payment method (PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or others) until you cancel.

Promotional plans such as trial monthly may convert to standard monthly billing after the trial period, as described at checkout. You should manage or cancel auto-renewal through the relevant payment platform or your account area.

Except where required by law:

• Digital services already consumed
• Membership time already in effect
• Subscription benefits already used

Refunds are generally not supported.

If you experience duplicate charges, abnormal payments, system errors, or unauthorized billing, email animock@toolivaai.com and we will help review the case within a reasonable scope.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not warrant that:

• The service will always be uninterrupted
• The service will be completely error-free
• All features will always be available
• The service will meet every user’s needs

Some features may be affected by:

• Network conditions
• Browser limitations
• Third-party services
• Scheduled maintenance
• Force majeure events

Core Animock editing, preview, and export features run locally in your browser, including 3D scene preview, timeline animation, screen media replacement, and export to MP4 / WebM / PNG.

Export quality, resolution, frame rate, and transparency support may vary based on your membership plan, browser performance, and device capabilities. You are responsible for backing up important projects and exported files.

Unless you actively upload or submit content through the product, we do not proactively access project drafts stored locally in your browser.

Unless you give us explicit authorization, we will not use content you upload, create, or export to train AI models.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate part or all of the service if:

• You violate these terms
• There is abuse of the service
• There are security risks
• Required by laws or regulations
• Needed for platform operations

After termination, some data may not be recoverable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animock is not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business losses
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Service interruptions due to force majeure

You should back up important content and project files yourself.

This service may integrate third-party services, including but not limited to:

• PayPal (international payments and subscriptions)
• WeChat Pay and Alipay (payments in supported regions)
• Google, GitHub, and WeChat (third-party sign-in)
• Microsoft Clarity (website analytics)

Those services may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

We may update these terms based on:

• Business changes
• Laws and regulations
• Service upgrades

Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by relevant principles of international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first seek resolution through good-faith consultation.
